Pricing & estimates

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, every estimate is free with no obligation. Send the quote form or call (437) 870-2544 — most requests get a response the same day.

What affects the cost of landscaping or lawn care?

The biggest factors are the size of the area, materials (sod, soil, stone, plants, mulch), how much existing lawn or debris has to be removed, grading needs, access for equipment, and how often recurring services happen. Photos of your property help us quote accurately.

Lawn care & renovation

What's included in regular lawn maintenance?

Mowing, edging along driveways and walkways, string trimming around fences, trees, and beds, and blowing clippings off hard surfaces. We also flag issues like thinning areas, grub damage, or drainage problems.

When should I schedule a lawn renovation in Southern Ontario?

Late August through September is usually the best window for seeding and overseeding — warm soil, cooler nights, and fewer weeds. Sod can be installed through most of the growing season with enough water, but spring and early fall are easiest on new turf.

How long does new sod need before I can use it?

Keep foot traffic off for about two weeks while roots knit into the soil, and water consistently. After the first mow, it's generally ready for normal use.

Cleanups, gardens & hedges

When should I book a spring cleanup?

Once the snow has melted and the ground has firmed up — often April in the Oakville–Hamilton area. Working on soggy lawns can leave ruts and compact the soil.

When should I book a fall cleanup?

Book in September for a visit in late October or November, once most leaves have dropped but before the ground freezes. Properties with many mature trees may need two visits.

When is the best time to trim hedges?

Late spring to early summer after the first flush of growth, with a lighter trim later in summer if needed. Avoid heavy trimming in late fall. Spring-flowering shrubs are best trimmed right after blooming.

Snow removal

What snow removal options do you offer?

Seasonal residential contracts covering driveways and walkways, salting and ice control, and commercial snow and ice service for lots and walkways — with 24/7 storm response in Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, and Waterdown.

When should I sign up for snow removal?

In the fall, before the first snowfall. Routes are planned ahead of winter and spots can fill up.
